Even the villain, the utterly evil Thinker, who wants to drain free will from all people, has a side you don’t always see thanks to the subplot with his wife. The Flash season 4 finale is no outlier in that regard, but befitting the overall tone of the series, it has a little bit more heart than most. The deck is stacked against the heroes, and they have to figure out a way to overcome long odds to save the city/world/universe,often racing against the clock. Season finales of superhero shows like The Flash often have one common theme. Plus, I think they didn't name her Dawn so the audience don't expect a faithfull adaptation of Dawn or the tornado twins and I DO believe they are going to make her Impulse and give her similar background of Bart. When can she go to the BEST show on Arrowverse and join the Waverider? The season after the next? They did confirm Nora is going to be regular? I want to see her SO much more than Ralph. I'm sure Barry and the police can't deall with ALL crime of CC and heĬould come to one episode or the other. The finale was extremely underwhelming in the taking down the enlightment/DeVoe of it all, the only twist I was found of was Ralph taking his body back BUT I wish he decided to have his own Private Detective/Hero adventures. Next season we’ll see the relationship between Barry, Iris and Nora. She comes from 30 years in the future, hence why she avoided Iris and was cold to Caitlin, things happen. Dawn/Nora comes back for a specific reason, to see her parents and meet the team, but specifically four times she chose to come back are meaningful in that they’ll play into the mistake she made and the consequences.
